Daniya Waithe.

1.I received coach, time keeper, optimist, empathizer, problem solver as my top 5 traits. This test has given me so much thought to who I am and how I portrayed myself to the people around me and the people that I continue to meet in my life. Being a coach means giving the individual an opportunity to define their career goals in a realistic way, this can help me in the future because they can allow me to assist other people who may look up to me or want to be assisted by me for different things and I would know how to Guide them in the best way possible. Timekeeper role is to help the meeting ru…

Problem solver, focus expert, catalyst, self-believer, and thinker were my top five traits. This test has given me more insight into some aspects of my personality, such as my tendency to solve problems and my capacity to mediate conflicts. Thinker is another illustration. Both of these are things I do on a daily basis: for focus expert, I always pay attention to the smallest details in order to understand the message as a whole, and I always think things through before acting. Finding a solution to a problem or a challenge is what it means to be a problem solver. This will assist me in the future by simplifying decisions and encouraging more critical thought.

My results show that I am a Thinker, Analyst, Problem Solver, Barnstormer, and Winner. This test help me grasp a better understanding of myself as a person. Along with this the test also helped me understand my own strengths and weaknesses. This test made me think deeply through every question and thoroughly choose an answer. Thinkers enjoy a mental challenge and self reflection time. They don't really like working in groups but will still try their best for the team. I agree with this because I often reflect on my past and daily life pondering over the choices I have made. In addition I also so enjoy a mental puzzle as it challenges my brain to work harder.…

The results i got for my test were Deliverer, Analyst, Empathizer, Commander, and Strategist. I do agree with these results because I believed they’re a big part of my personality and this test made me realize that. This test definitely did help me understand and discover more about myself because of the questions that were in the test and i really had to think closely about each of them. I learned more about myself and how I choose to handle many situations, things I haven't actually stopped and thought about closely. Deliverers follow through on their commitments and appreciate seeing how this builds more trust and respect among others. They feel terrible if promises get broken - both…
