My name is Samantha Griffiths and my big 5 includes Empathizer,Catalyst,Commander, Peace Keeper and Believer. Empathizers are great at understanding how people feel and use this sensibility to do good for others. They become frustrated when asked to disregard feelings and focus solely on logic instead. Catalysts love to get things started and are great at creating momentum in stagnant environments. Commanders love to be in charge, to speak up and be asked for their opinion. Peace Keepers are masters of balance. Their strength helps them find alignment and build bridges among people to reach the best outcomes. Believers' actions are driven by core values that cannot be compromised at the expense of success.
