-My key takeaways from the presentation are the importance of professionalism and building trust within the work place with you and your coworkers if you make sure you are responsible than the people working with you know they can trust you. It can make the chain of communication in the workplace more clear making sure that conflict is avoided. A key takeaway from this presentation was that you have to be committed and honor them. You have to make sure that you are being responsive and proactive whenever you are working or anything important. You need to show that you are paying attention and focused on the tasks given to you. 1) in this presentation I learned that professionalism could affect my image and can be very crucial when it comes to building relationships. when being professional you have clear communication and can prevent misunderstandings or problems between coworkers. It's good to maintain this professionalism especially in front of clients to prevent the reputation of the company to fall and how your work ethic is being viewed.
