1. One takeaway is the word Professionalism, based on your behavior, setting boundaries between work and your social life outside, and being organized with your work. As we are given 5 tips, honoring your commitments is one of them relating to being committed to your work, showing you are interested in the work as you meet the deadlines on time or complete it before the deadlines are due. Another tip given is to Get to know the workplace culture and learn as much about your job as you build a relationship with the people in your workplace too. On the other hand, professional ethics is an individual’s inner values ​​and work attitude. Something i learned about the element of professionalism and the main key on what to do. I’ve had other internship experiences before especially through summer youth employment and i actually liked the experience.

Being professional and maintaining a strong work ethic during your internship is super important for a few reasons. First off, it shows your dedication and commitment to the job. When you take your work seriously and put in your best effort, it reflects positively on you and can open up doors for future opportunities.

A. From this presentation I got tips on professionalism and also learned the importance of professionalism. Acting professionally contributes to a positive image, both for yourself and the company you work for, influencing how others see and value your contributions. I also learned positive ways in which your work ethic can be enhanced. I also learned that part of having good work ethic is holding yourself accountable.
