A. The main points I gathered from the presentation were the importance of having a growth mindset and cultivating thoughts that empower you to improve and grow in your tasks. On the other hand, having a fixed mindset can hinder mental growth and keep you stuck in the same place.

B. growth is simply making progress and achieving better. Another meaning of growth would be becoming more mature and responsible. Growth signifies continuous development and improvement in various aspects of life. It involves expanding one's knowledge, skills, and experiences, both personally and professionally. Embracing challenges, learning from successes and failures, and adapting to change are integral parts of growth.

I discovered from the presentation that a growth mindset is defined by the capacity to develop from setbacks and view obstacles as chances to continuously better oneself. A fixed mindset, on the other hand, is more likely to quit up quickly and get demoralized by failures. Extrinsic motivation is derived from outside sources like prizes or recognition, but intrinsic motivation is motivated by a person's own interests or pleasure.

Two strategies to fulfill a career objective For example, one could seek to advance in a certain sector or hone a particular ability, like communication. A set of specific goals can be finishing a particular quantity of projects. Getting input from others can be a great way to pinpoint…

Self evaluation is what causes you to question yourself and really think about things you have done and make sense of it which causes you to grow mentally and physically. It is important to be very positive when self evaluating and to think about the good things you have accomplished. It is also good to have feedback and make sure that you correct things you do wrong and learn from the feedback and mistakes.

Personally, I've found that growth for me occurs through failure. I had to first fail several times to succeed. But at the same time, it's what I take from these experiences that means something in the long run. The part that affects me…

A. The biggest takeaway from the presentation is to keep an open mindset. This characteristic is so valuable as it helps you evaluate a situation properly and make the best decision. Having a fix mindset would keep you unprogressive and it restricts growth as you deny other options.

B. Growth to me means that you are willing to consider other options and fully want to become the best version of yourself. Growth should not only be a person development but a influential way to have peers effected as well. There doesn't necessary have to be a significant change to show growth but progress or even acceptance is enough.

A. The main thing I learned from this presentation is that it's important to keep an open mind when evaluating yourself. If you have a fixed mindset, you might not be willing to consider new ideas or different ways of approaching your daily life. People with a growth mindset will be open to criticism and different opinions.

B. What Growth means to me is getting better at who you are as a person. It's about improving your strengths, recognizing your weaknesses, and finding ways to become your true self. When you can accept things as they come, that's a sign that you're growing.
