My first CUNY went well. I was introduced to my instructor and he is very kind. I also realized I share my CUNY class with a close friend of mine which makes the experience more enjoyable. I am excited about the knowledge ahead of me and cannot wait to apply it in phase two.
To look after myself this week, I slept in over the weekend and spent my free time participating in other things I enjoy. This included listening to my favorite drake songs, painting, journaling and speaking to my friends over Facetime. I also booked my self care appointments and will be getting my nails done later in the week.

My first CUNY class was interesting because it was my first time meeting the teacher. The details of the course was definitely unexpected, as well as the teachers humor and sarcasm. I enjoyed the professors, leniency and ability to communicate with the students which I did not expect.

My first CUNY class went as I expected. Last year I also did WLG so I had an idea on what to expect for this year. I enjoyed it as it was very informative.
Some of the activities I did this week was attending track practice and go on walks. I attended track practice 3 times this week after school and this made me feel much more active to be able to do more. Other activities I do range from drawing, playing musical instruments etc.

Rieanna Haripersaud My first CUNY class went really good. My professor was very nice and very informative. We discuss what my professor was expecting from us, and the work she is expecting.
Some activities that I did this week was catch up on some sleep and assignment to help my grades. Also I went a Broadway show with my friends.
I have come across self-care and social media, and how girls have take care of themselves to have better skin, or to help distress. I will help motivate others by telling them at taking care of your body should come first especially your mental health especially when you’re going to school since school can really take a toll on you…
My first cuny class was great. I liked the topics we discussed in the class. This was what I was expecting because the program is very well structured.
I play 3 Varsity Sports so I am always active during the week. Mt football season just ended and I have started basketball practice
We can motivate others by showing them a positive goal. If a person who is over weight wants to work out, show them how the end result will be great
