How was your first CUNY class? What did you enjoy? Was it what you expected? What was it like for you?

My first CUNY class was great. I enjoyed getting to meet my professors and peersZ It was exactly what I expected since it was a virtual class. The experience was engaging, with my professor having everyone to participate and share more.
Also, this week I made sure to take care of myself and do things that helped me relax and recharge. I did stuff like reading a book that I've been excited about. I also made sure to get enough sleep, eat healthy meals, and drink enough water. Taking care of my body, mind, and emotions is super important to live a balanced and happy life.
I've seen the term "self-care" in a bunch of places like social…

My first experience for this CUNY class was not exactly what I expected. I was expecting 3 page long written essays about topics around the world or society. But I'm glad that my expectations were not true because I've learned that this program is building you up for college and life after college no matter what career path we take. My experience in the class was very welcoming and I knew I had any questions or concerns they would be answered any time if needed. Also I realized that this a hug opportunity that I'm able to be a part of not only to gain college knowledge and skills but also college credits and money on top of…

The first CUNY class when well. I enjoyed how unexpectedly calm and laid back it was. It was almost like a chill get-together with the sole purpose of learning, not just me but everyone else in the meeting too, which made it a good experience. The fact that the people in the class are all the same age as me gave me big opportunity to see how other people similar to me react to the information we learned.
I looked after myself by working out, eating well, playing games for downtime, playing basketball and eating with friends and family. I don't do these things because I'm consciously thinking about taking care of myself, I'm not really sure of…

Honestly, I wasn't able to attend my very first CUNY class due to technical issues with authorization in Zoom. However, in my second class, which I did attend I did enjoy it. I got to take tests that allowed me to explore myself and my interests.
This week I played a lot of volleyball which isn't only just a good form of exercise, but it is also my favorite sport to play because of how much joy it brings me. This was beneficial for both my body and mind. Other activities I've been doing to take care of myself have been allowing myself to take some time off to go out with my friends to go eat…

I did enjoy my first CUNY class.
I think, It was a class that made me understand what leadership is really about, and what comes with it. It was a nice first class, because I had the opportunity to interact with other classmates, and it was interesting learning everyone's point of view when it comes to say if a leader was born or made. The background about leadership and how always it has been present.
This week I went a few times to take a long walk, meanwhile listening to my favorite playlist.
I also spent a lot of time with my pets which I love, they bring me so much peace.
For me "Self-care'', it's quality time…
