Three things I learned from the Wlg program is I know how to get jobs and focus on my Career. Wlg taught me how to be more ready for my future. Wlg also taught me how to talk for interviews and how to Present myself when I am being interviewe. Another thing I learned is how to have better people skills when I am talking to people and talking to people for work. Three successful things that happened this year is learning how to be great and better. Success I had was going to playoffs for football and making it to finals for track. I have learnt that I have been getting progressively more and more lazy over this time and "senior itis" has never kicked in as hard as now. My procrastinations are getting more and more off the path, my swings are getting more and more out of line, and overall, I just have been procrastinating the thought that I am not organized. Additionally, I have been not liking the work for college but kind of have to accept the fact that this is my future; my end goal requires me to go to college for higher education and I just have to suck it up and deal with it. Something that I have learned about myself throughout this WLG program is my work principles, how to write a proper resume and the different types of jobs that would fit me as a person. It was interesting getting to discover myself and my passions on a deeper level. It made me more self-aware of myself since I was able to better understand my shortcomings as well as my strengths as a person. One of my shortcomings is that I get very distracted to the point that I would miss deadlines a lot. However, I'm working to improve this by motivating myself for the long-term goal and setting aside a few minutes.
One of the successes that I was…

I've learned more about my skills, flaws and methods for handling various circumstances throughout the program. I discovered something about how I approach problems, work with other people, and handle stress as a result of the exercises and reflections. This self-awareness provides me with a strong platform for personal growth, which makes it both fascinating and fantastic. Although the workshop presented some unexpected challenges, it also demonstrated my adaptability and persistence. I am able to deal with turbulence, change course when called for, and remain optimistic in the face of obstacles. I can apply this just acquired perseverance to every facet and sphere of my existence.
I applied to universities, made the honor roll, and am graduating a…

Three things I have learned about myself throughout this WLG experience are that I need to be more confident, have better time management, and that I am more outgoing than I thought. I say this because I tend to be more timid but lately I have been more able to initiate conversations. Because I love to procrastinate, time management is not one of my better qualities.
Three successes were getting into the summer internship I wanted this summer, being able to do a speech and presentation in front of people without stuttering, and getting accepted into two of the colleges I applied to so far. As we near the end of the year I am grateful for my…
