Nicolas Ortiz,

Cultivating wellness, for me, is about taking steps to keep myself balanced and healthy in different aspects of life—physically, mentally, and emotionally. I'm more drawn to the physical and emotional aspects of wellness. Staying active and in tune with my feelings seem more relatable and achievable. I find the spiritual aspect a bit tricky to understand and follow consistently. It's not as concrete as the others, and I'm still figuring out how to incorporate it. Throughout the WLG experience, I've kept an eye on my wellness by taking short breaks, managing stress, and ensuring I get enough sleep. Also, being mindful of both my physical and emotional well-being.
