Cultivating Wellness means to me is taking care of my well being means intentionally looking after my overall health. This also includes my physical, mental, and emotional well being. Finding a balance and making choices that support my happiness. Wellness is about taking care of different parts of our lives, like self care, relationships, personal growth, and purpose.

I'm really interested in mental and emotional wellness. I think our thoughts, emotions, and mindset affect how we feel overall. Taking care of our mental and emotional health means practicing things like self reflection, managing stress, and getting support when we need it. It's about having good relationships, and finding good and healthy ways to handle life's challenges.

When I hear the word cultivating wellness I think of Of course! Identifying patterns for a happier, healthier life. The aspect of wellness that I am mostly drawn too would be mostly spiritual because in my opinion if I don’t have a good spiritual life then my emotions are all over the place and I just can’t focus. And if I don’t pray I feel uneasy about life. The aspect of wellness that I find myself having a hard time with would be socializing. The reason why I say this is because in school I don’t really know how to talk to people and I get anxiety because I feel like I’m being too awkward and I start to overthink…

1 - Developing wellness, in my opinion, entails making deliberate decisions to put self-care first. It's about providing my body with nutrient-dense meals, exercising regularly, and obtaining adequate restorative sleep. It also entails managing my stress, engaging in mindfulness practices, and getting help when I need it to take care of my mental health. But wellness is more than an individual's state of being. It also involves building wholesome bonds and interactions with other people. Cultivating wellbeing involves several facets, such as meaningful social interactions, establishing a support system, and spending quality time with loved ones. Finding fulfilling and joyful activities is also very important. Activities that bring you joy and a feeling of purpose, such as taking…

For me cultivating wellness means to identify unhealthy habits find healthy ways to deal with it. So in order words its to take care of your psychological and physical states. I would say I take care of both my physical and mental states equally because like to keep my mind clear just as I like to keep my body healthy. I don't have a hard time understanding any aspects of my wellness as I actively try to be mindful of my current situations. For an example I always meditate, listen to music, take deep breath, excuse myself from any daunting situations, and I always validate my feelings and others. I can say I struggle with sleeping enough and…
