  1. Cultivating wellness mean's helping you realize the bad traits and habits in your life that make you feel down. it just helps you look into it more.

  2. a aspect of wellness im more drawn to it my mental health and physical health because those are the only things that keep me to push myself in my daily life.

  3. some aspects of wellness I struggle with sometimes or keeping up with is my mental health and emotional health.

1.For me, cultivating well-being, I believe, is taking care of ourselves, seeing how we feel, emotionally, physically and sentimentally, all this is achieved by achieving spiritual, emotional, mental and physical balance. Thanks to this balance we are able to face our problems and the pressures we face daily. There are many ways to have better well-being.

-Practice Emotional Awareness.

-Deep Breathing and Meditation.

-Talk to someone you trust.

-Regular exercise.

-Practice Self-Care.

-Establish Clear Goals and Routines.

-Problem solving techniques.


2. The aspect of well-being that attracts me the most is self-care, since if I take care of myself I could have a healthy life and feel better.

  1. Cultivating wellness is when you are trying to help others or yourself to explore unhealthy patterns that are keeping people away from happiness. 1. Cultivating wellness means finding that balance where you're feeling good mentally, physically, and emotionally. It's like making sure you're in a good place overall.

2. For me, I'm more drawn to the mental wellness bit. Keeping a clear headspace, managing stress, and staying positive feels super important.
