Throughout this experience, I've been really prioritizing self-care and it's been amazing! I've started by creating a daily routine that includes activities that bring me joy and help me relax. I've been practicing mindfulness through meditation and deep breathing exercises. I've also been taking time to indulge in my favorite hobbies, like painting and spend time with my loved ones. Additionally, I've been making sure to get enough sleep and eat healthier food. It's all about finding what works for you and making self-care a non-negotiable part of your day. The self care check ins were definitely helpful. It made me become more positive and encourage myself to do the things that needs to get done.

I have increased my focus on self care by just sticking to a ritual and always be happy while doing it because it kept making me want to continue the streak. However although I think I did a good job with my self care I definitely want to improve in it even more and invlude new elements for the new year. There is always room to improve and I want to do have that mindset.

Through this experience, I have been more conscious of taking care of myself by sticking to a schedule for my schoolwork, hanging out with friends and family, and participating in the WLG program. Even though it was really challenging, I'm relieved that I finished. Additionally, I deliberately choose to follow these habits in order to reconcile my academic obligations and my personal well-being. The self-care check-ins were a useful tool for encouraging introspection. They provided me with invaluable opportunities to evaluate my emotional and mental health, which enabled me to pinpoint stressors and pinpoint areas that require medical intervention. These check-ins provided a disciplined framework for introspection, encouraged proactive stress management, and maintained balance. After finishing the CPQ…

I have increased my focus on self care this week by prioritizing my sleep so that i get up to 8+ hours a night. The self care check ins and the workshops helped to prompt this decision because through the check ins and the workshops i realized how much sleep i was getting and how my lack of enough sleep was affecting me academically, emotionally and mentally. After the course and workshop I plan on balancing my workload by writing down what i have to do and when its due so that i can decide what to prioritize and on what day.
