1 - During this experience, I discovered my true potential and really built upon it. I also learned positive self-talk that boosted my mental well-being. It emphasized the significance of positivity in boosting self-confidence. Self-confidence, a key takeaway from experience, is vital when it comes to making decisions.
2 - Personally, I found the self-care check-ins to be super effective in helping me reflect on myself. It was really eye-opening to see what I was truly prioritizing and how I was progressing in my self-care journey. i have increased my focus on self-care during this experience by understanding what self-care really means and taking the time to really focus on myself, and take care of myself by focusing even on my mental health giving myself breaks, but not overwhelming myself
