What does being a leader mean to me? I can't give one the title of being A leader if they seem to not always be on time, responsible, hold accountability for their actions. communication plays a big role in order for people to wanna follow your lead it helps to uplift others, have a positive attitude, and never give up, not everyone will agree with your leadership that's why it's important to learn from others people take on challenges, As long as you do so in a respectful manner. Have I worked on developing leadership skills yes I have by taking on skills I believe a leader should have and by doing so I plan on continuing setting…

Being a leader means someone who is responsible and guiding others towards a shared goal. They’re good at organizing and collaboration ideas. My plans to enhance these skills before finishing high school includes having better time management so I can plan better. Planing better can help me be a better leader because it can help prioritize tasks, improve decision-making, and enhance overall team coordination. A leader I really look up to is my aunt because we have similar obstacles that we struggle with but she still manages to overcome these challenges. I admire her courage, dedication and her charisma. A specific leadership goals have you set for yourself is getting better at time management.

A leader teaches with patience and cares about the well-being of others. Since I was a girl I have been in a leadership position, being the older sister of my 3 brothers, I have always grown up with the responsibility of my siblings, how to guide them and teach them what is good and what is bad. Since I entered high school I have joined clubs and organizations where I have led them and let the ideas of others become one. The person I…

My idea of a leader is being able to inspire others while motivating others to do better, set a vision, and is really good at communicating, respect others, and lead by example. A leader would help others do better while maintaining everything.

Yes I have worked on developing my leadership during my time at school by joining clubs and becoming the president of the clubs, and starting new clubs. Also joining a leadership club thought me new skills to improve my leadership skills. I have also hanged out with leaders in school to get feedback and help me improve my Leadership skills.

A leader I really look up to is my mother because of all of…

To me, being a leader means that a person takes the responsibility to guide others through different situations, tasks, or obstacles. A good leader is one that swiftly tells others what the best course of action is, without earning any hatred towards them, and also one that considers the voice of others. Bad leaders fail to do this, and just act bossy all around, but either way, they still lead.

To practice my skills as a leader, I try to start discussions with the people I sit with at school, for example, if we are told to discuss with the people around us, I tend to start the conversation by asking them their thoughts, and then I share…
