Being a leader means someone who is responsible and guiding others towards a shared goal. They’re good at organizing and collaboration ideas. My plans to enhance these skills before finishing high school includes having better time management so I can plan better. Planing better can help me be a better leader because it can help prioritize tasks, improve decision-making, and enhance overall team coordination. To me, being a leader means that a person takes the responsibility to guide others through different situations, tasks, or obstacles. A good leader is one that swiftly tells others what the best course of action is, without earning any hatred towards them, and also one that considers the voice of others. Bad leaders fail to do this, and just act bossy all around, but either way, they still lead.
