John Karla S. 1. To me being a leader means to do something good for your peers expecting nothing in exchange but the greater good. A leader takes the responsibility to direct their team towards their goal and get pass every obstacle in the way.

2. Since I haven’t started to work on my leadership skills, what I’m going to do is to start being more confident with myself to be able to lead. I am well aware that confidence is key to be a good leader. Nobody likes nor listens to an insecure leader.

1). To me being a leader means to take charge in every situation. Being a leader means bringing people together and precipitating productivity and growth within your team. A leader can take the pressure of anything that comes their way and be level headed to make the right choices.

2). I’ve worked on my leadership skills by being more willing to take on challenges and not being afraid to fail. I let myself be in charge of projects in school and other spaces.

  3. A leader I mostly look up to is Muhammad Ali. He was able to resist the pressure from the US Government and threats from them…

To me being a leader means to set an example and create a community and/or environment that makes the people feel safe and like they are in the right hands. Being a leader doesn't always mean being in a large setting, it can also be in small groups the person to facilitate or speak up.

I have worked on my leadership skills because I have been president of three clubs meaning I have to take on many duties and responsibilities. Not only that I have also always been the one to be the "speaker" of my group or start conversations. I like creating safe spaces for people to feel like their voices matter and are being heard.

Jevin Lin Nelson Mandela's leadership has had a big impact on how I see things. His strength during tough times, his fight for fairness, and his dream of a fair world are really inspiring. I admire how he brought people together and stood up for what's right. In my own journey, I've set some goals: getting better at talking clearly and listening well, staying calm under pressure, and starting a program at college to help younger students become leaders. Mandela's legacy teaches me about including everyone and never giving up, and I want to use those ideas to make positive changes in my community and beyond. My main goal is to bring people together, support others, and make progress where I…
