Being a leader entails guiding and inspiring others toward a common goal, fostering a sense of unity and purpose within a team or organization. To be an effective leader you must exhibit qualities such as vision, integrity, and resilience, motivating their team members to achieve their full potential. You must also communicate transparently, listen actively, and make informed decisions, balancing empathy with decisiveness. Leaders had to know how to embrace challenges as opportunities for growth, adapt to change, and empower others to contribute their unique strengths.
