To be an effective leader you must exhibit qualities such as vision, integrity, and resilience, motivating their team members to achieve their full potential. Being a leader means inspiring others and guiding them towards a common goal. There are many assets that make a great leader.

I have improved my leadership skills as I am apart of my school‘s student government and so I get to work with others and share ideas. The more I help out and volunteer for work in my schools student government the more my leadership skills grow.

There is no leader that I look up to honestly however I wish to be a leader others can look up to.

A specific leadership goal I have is to volunteer and participate more in my schools student government
