Being a leader means taking charge, inspiring others, and guiding them towards a common goal. It's about being a good example and helping the team succeed.
I've been working on my leadership skills by taking on responsibilities in group projects and activities at school. I've learned how to communicate, make decisions, and solve problems effectively.
Before finishing high school, I plan to join leadership programs, workshops, and seminars to learn more about being a leader. I also want to take on leadership roles in clubs and organizations to keep growing and making a positive impact.

To be a leader you are inspiring to others and guiding others by example it also means creating positive environments and encouraging the success of others. To enhance my leadership skills before finishing high school I plan on continuing to participate in activities that have been challenging me to lead such as joining stunt I did it for a short period of time but it taught me teamwork and communication. Also being in the medical research club exposed me to problem solving and decision making skills. A leader I look up to is Brent Faiyaz he is a r&b singer and I find his voice and song writing very admirable ita also takes a lot of time and dedication.

In my opinion being a leader means being strong minded and being able to lead a group and myself in the forward direction and also being responsible, someone who can motivate others to do the right thing. The two leaders that I mostly look up to are God and my mom. The reason why I'm very close to my religion is because it makes me more aware of what's going on in today's society and how it correlates with our history. And for…

To me, being a leader means that I can figure out a way to make the most of everyone's abilities to complete the task at hand while taking the followers into account.
I did an internship of sorts at the Department of Buildings which helped me develop my leadership skills through workshops with peers and by speaking with people who work there. With the peers, we were given tasks that we had to complete where we needed to come up with a plan and be able to organize the people in our groups. With the workers we were able to get a look on how their job is organized to see how the Department functions through role assignments.

To me, a leader means being self-motivated and responsible and someone who motivates others and inspires them to be part of something bigger. It's someone who takes the initiative in moments of instability, goes above and beyond to complete a job even if they weren't required to, and has the best interest of everyone and not just themselves. I would say I have a lot of leadership skills I've gained through exposing myself to work, club, and volunteer experiences. In each of these experiences, I've learned how to work with people and be able to support and help them expand. I've also learned that not everything goes to plan, so you must always be ready to step…
