Being a good leader means to me, I believe it involves listening to your team members. Why so? Well besides communication, it would also have some feedback that can be known as coaching skills. In the past, I used to work on group projects. I would take charge and plan out the steps for our presentation in a logical flow. Communication is key, and I understand that sometimes there may be anxiety when communicating with others.
