1. I didn't like being a leader mean to I'll be able to help others strive to the highest point and be be greater than they were before. Also being a leader means to have high confidence, while being able to provide security and loyalty to the members of your community.

Being a good leader means to me, I believe it involves listening to your team members. Why so? Well besides communication, it would also have some feedback that can be known as coaching skills. In the past, I used to work on group projects. I would take charge and plan out the steps for our presentation in a logical flow. Communication is key, and I understand that sometimes there may be anxiety when communicating with others. However, sometimes in group projects I will have to overcome this anxiety in order to effectively collaborate and successfully complete what may need to be done in a timely manner.
