Whether or not you are determined on the project that is yourself, reflects whether you have control over your life or not. These people are not afraid to shed and grow and are often more successful. It’s kind of a self-fulfilling prophecy revolving around succeeding in things you want to succeed in. You basically have to get a go-getter to survive. In the workplace, self-determination can result in higher levels of productivity, motivation, and job satisfaction. Workers with a strong feeling of autonomy are typically more committed, imaginative, and task-aware. This independence promotes a happy workplace. Being self determined in competition can increase your need…

Self-determination theory suggests that individuals set their own goals and actions to achieve them. It impacts individuals in various aspects of life, such as workplaces, competition, and social settings. Managers often use self-determination to advocate for their coworkers and employees, while athletes use it to win competitions and achieve success. Determination can also positively impact others' lives, making individuals feel better about themselves.

I'd like to make it stronger by trying to set better schedules for all of my objectives and organizing my better…
From what I understood, self-determination refers to the right of people or peoples to freely decide their own destiny, and to participate in making decisions that affect their well-being and development. 2) I found out self-determination means being in control of your life. It lets you do lots of stuff in different places. Like, at work, you can feel happier, in competitions, more pumped up. And it helps in making friends, feeling confident, and in school, it pushes you to reach your goals.
3) I feel like I lack determination because I'm unsure about life. I don't feel like working or studying, I'd rather chill and watch movies. I don't know if it's because I'm tired or just not into it. To build determination, I think I'll try stuff I enjoy, like playing guitar. Hobbies might get me more interested.
4) My big goal is going to college, but…
