Federico Nunez Starting my internship, I'm thinking about how to keep myself in good shape, you know? Gotta balance things out. Gonna make sure I'm eating right, working out, and catching enough Z's to keep my energy up.

I think my emotional wellness is going to be very important to focus on balancing due to the stress load I am going to be under. On top of school, college now classes, track and other responsibilities I have I will have a higher likelihood to get burnt out quickly. Not to mention during my internship, I will face tough situations that I will have to manage on my own. It goes without saying that maintaining a balance between them will benefit me mentally and prevent me from getting overwhelmed by everything I have to keep up with. Being on the track team at my school requires me to maintain good physical health as well as obtain enough…

I think my emotional wellness is going to be key, if I have to keep up with my job, school, and other responsibilities I have, then finding balance between all of them will obviously help me emotionally, so I do not become overwhelmed with whatever things I have to keep up with. I also have to keep up physically, getting enough rest when I come from school, and from any games I have, because I am part of my school's table tennis team.
