How does confidence play a role in wellness and self-image? How can you become more confident as a person, student, professional, and ultimately, an intern?

During my internship I have been focusing on my mental and physical health because I felt these were a large exponent in maintaining balance internships can make people feel anxious or rushed but keeping an open mindset can help with these feelings and practicing health and self care can also contribute also setting goals that are achievable can also help taking the process step by step.
