The seven dimensions of wellness include: physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, environmental, and occupational. As you head into your internship experience, what aspects of wellness do you think will be important for you to focus on and balance?
How does confidence play a role in wellness and self-image? How can you become more confident as a person, student, professional, and ultimately, an intern?
Last but not least, leave some inspiring words or a message to others so that they can develop their confidence and focus on their wellness! Let's inspire and empower one another.

1. I want to focus and balance more on intellectual and spiritual wellness. I don’t really focus on these wellness and I would like to know about spiritual and intellectual a little more. They will be important for me to balance them and focus because the I will be able to expand my knowledge and skills. 1.Heading into an internship, balancing various aspects of wellness will be key. I think focusing on emotional wellness, to manage stress and stay positive, will be crucial. Also, maintaining a social balance, like building connections with colleagues, can make a big difference.
2.Confidence is huge in wellness and self-image. When you're confident, it's easier to tackle challenges and feel good about yourself. To build confidence, setting small achievable goals and celebrating wins, no matter how small, can really boost self-assurance. Also, accepting failures as learning experiences helps a lot.

1. The aspects of wellness which are important for me are emotional, physical, social, and spiritual. These are very important aspects to focus on and they would help me balance. Being emotionally well will help my mind and mentality be better and help me deal with situations which is very vital. Social wellness refers to the quality of my relationships and interactions with others, while focus wellness refers to my ability to concentrate and perform tasks efficiently.
