Career Ready to me means setting you're goals/decisions clear without no doubt. Being able to have everything prepared as you face your adult hood era. Having the idea of not being a teenager anymore and now starting you're own future.

-To me, being career-ready is being aware of all of the various professional paths. It is also important to understand how you might be able to pursue that job. You prepare by obtaining the necessary skills and information to discover, acquire, keep, and succeed in a certain job/career.
-WLG has assisted me in being career-ready by assisting me in discovering the sort of person I am. As a result, I was able to explore job choices that best suited me and the sort of person I am. While the CUNY program was more focused on careers, the workshop seemed wider to me, with each lecture covering a different issue that was relevant to me and many others.
