To be career ready is to be prepared for what you may be asked to do.It’s important you can be prepared wether that’s physically or mentally , it’s your job to be able to balance everything while also remembering yourself.
This experience helped me be more career and college ready by giving me more knowledge on not only more career opportunities I can take but how to be able to also take care of myself to not be overwhelmed.

What I think it means to be “career-ready” is that you are physically and mentally prepared to start your career. Not everyone is fit enough to start their career and look for a job to attend. Some people might not be ready because their schedule is busy or they are still attending school. Others might not be ready because they think they’re not mentally prepared to take the responsibility of a job. Overall, you have to be prepared to start a job and be consistent with that job.
