a. One of the key takeaways from the presentation is that we must keep professionalism in work in order to create and hold a positive impression also it creates a space for mutual respect and clear communication with colleagues and clients, which also benefits the reputation of one's.

Professionalism benefits the individual greatly as it builds on their image and promotes respectful communication. This in turn creates a good reputation amongst you and your community, which can relay to your succession and positive relations amongst your peers during work. A) Some of my key takeaways are that professionalism is significant to maintain a healthy image of yourself. Professionalism can lead to reflecting a healthy image of one person by demonstrating that you are able to promote clear and understanding communication. It means communicating effectively and appropriately and always finding a way to be productive. Professional qualities include reliability, etiquette, dedication and accountability. To add on, worth ethic is an individual value and attitude toward work, reflecting, dedication, integrity, and diligence.
