Some of the key takeaways I took away from this presentation were that it talks about self-evaluation and having a growth mindset. The slides state that self-evaluation is a reflective process where an individual assesses their own performance, skill, and personal growth. Some examples include how well you performing, how much you have grown/ your development, and some actions you should start doing and some you should stop doing. Some growth mindset examples that were presented in the slides were, “Failure is an opportunity to grow”, “challenges help me grow” etc. Some of the fixed mindset examples were, “Failure is the lint of my ability”, and “I am either good at it or I am not”. Some o…

A) My key takeaways from this presentation were the importance of having a mindset growth, and it’s difference compared to a fixed mindset. Having a mindset growth consists in viewing challenges as opportunities to learn from them and evolve through your experience. A fixed mindset is when you lower your knowledge and talents to a minimum where you believe they won’t be able to outgrow. I also leaned about self-evaluation.
Self evaluation helps you determine the parts of yourself that seek a healthy way of grow and improvement for you to work on.
B) what growth means to me is the improvement of something you set your mind to evolve on. This is so that you…

A). I have many key takeaways from this presentation being that it was very informative and easily digestible. One of my key takeaways is the different types of mindsets that vary from person to person. And also how impactful those mindsets can be on one’s productivity and overall work environment. The different categories like goals, growth, repetition of actions, morals etc. I also learned the differences and qualities of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation.
B). To mean growth means how you are able to develope and change based on your circumstances and or environment. Growth isn’t just physical it’s also mental, emotional and social. It’s also about recognizing the point…

My key takeaways from this presentation is the importance of motivation and mindset. Depending on where your mindset is will be how you take in failures and if you will improve on your own potential. I also learned about self evaluation to reflect and understand your performance. It includes consistency, professionalism, strengths/weaknesses and achievements. The evaluation is to be assessed by yourself on how you feel about your career and on your performance. The performance will be affected by your mindset. A growth mindset will take in current skills and try to improve on it while a fixed mindset will see it as something they are born with, therefore they will not try to build on it. Furthermore…

Some key takeaways from the presentation was the importance of self-evaluation and growth. Self-evaluation helps me reflect on my growth and the steps necessary for a better self. It puts time and a strain on what I've accomplished recently and helps me reflect on what I could've done better in terms of my development. Growth is detrimental to succession as it shows your starting point and how far along you've gotten from it. There is intrinsic and extrinsic motivation guiding you to your growth. Intrinsic motivation accounts for your inner goals, passion and curiosity. Whilst extrinsic motivation accounts for your outer goals such as the reward or compensation for doing your tasks.
Growth means to improve from your…
